3 Peaks – ISD team rise to the challenge

A team of employees from cold store construction specialists ISD Solutions recently completed the 24 hours, 3 Peaks Challenge successfully in a time of 23 hours, 15 minutes.

Finishing just 45 minutes within the target, it was a close call for the 10 climbers, who were excellently supported by the 2 drivers, Chris Hughes and Colin Leighton.

The 3 Peaks was a demanding challenge, in which the climbers prepared and trained intensively for over the last few months.

The experience surpassed all expectations as a physical and mental test but was enjoyed by all as they finished the challenge at Snowdon after enduring Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike beforehand.

The challenge took place over the 9th and 10th August and was dedicated to raising money for the charity C.A.L.M (Campaign Against Living Miserably) which is close to the heart of ISD Solutions as a cause.

The target set was £5,000, which should be achieved. If you would like to make a donation, your generosity would be greatly appreciated. ISD is committed to supporting C.A.L.M for the remainder of 2013 as it is our intention to organise further challenges!
